Parking Decal and Lot Information

Displaying Parking Decals

Each vehicle that has been registered on campus for parking must bear a valid (unexpired) parking decal or temporary dashboard permit. The parking decal/permit must be visibly displayed whenever the vehicle is parked on campus. Expiration dates are depicted on the decal/permit

Motorcycle Parking

Faculty/Staff members are eligible to register one motorcycle in addition to their two vehicle permits. Motorcycle parking is allowed in all Faculty/Staff parking lots.

Motorcycles must be parked in an actual parking spot, and cannot be left in garages for extended periods of time. This may result in ticketing or towing.

A decal can be obtained through the Office of Student Accounts.

Faculty/Staff Parking Areas

Lots 3, 10, 11, 12, 17, 18, 20, and designated spaces in Lots 8, 9B, and 12A are for Faculty/Staff use.

If you are unable to find an authorized parking space in any of the designated Faculty/Staff parking lots, please proceed to Campus Police for assistance.

Just as students cannot park in Faculty/Staff lots, employees cannot park in any student lot, unless there are specified F/S parking spots.

Please be aware of the following times when students and/or visitors may be in specific Faculty/Staff lots:

  • Graduate student parking in Faculty/Staff lots is available on weekdays after 4pm during the regular academic year with the purchase of a valid Graduate Commuter decal.
  • Fridays at 5pm through Sundays until 9pm the Faculty/Staff side (ground level) in the Lot 8 (Travers/Wolfe) parking garage is available for visitors and/or guests to the College. All students must continue to park in their designated parking lots.

Snow Emergency Lots

There is no parking during the hours of midnight to 6am in any surface lot from November 30 through March 30 of each year. If you will be parking a vehicle during those hours, please park in the lower level of Lot 20, 12, or Lot 11.
